- Manages daily account operations to 14programs/accounts assigned with a total of 100+ FTEs
- Works as one-man-POC for all accounts including different LOBs
- Client facing interaction from contract signing to operations
- Coordinates with different departments for sourcing, hiring, implementation, procurement, billing, and other administrative matters to meet client business requirements, expectations, and requests
- Facilitates meetings and collaboration with client and key individuals
- Meet with clients on real-time meeting requests
