With over 20 years experience in the mortgage industry, I am an expert in underwriting and analyzing various types of loans, including Jumbo, Wealth Management, Conv, FHA, VA, USDA, portfolio, and Non QM. I have a DE UW certification and a strong knowledge of complex tax scenarios and compliance guidelines.As an Underwriting Manager, I contributed to the growth and profitability of the company by underwriting and approving high-quality loans, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and providing excellent customer service. I also supported the training and mentoring of junior underwriters and collaborated with sales and operations teams to resolve issues and improve processes.Additionally, as a Credit Analyst II at Core Bank, I analyzed small and large business financials to determine risk associated with lending opportunities.
