● Responsible for reporting and analysis of undergraduate and graduate admission data, working closely with senior leaders in enrollment management and student success.● Create complex reports and visualizations of admission, financial aid, enrollment, and degree data, including interactive dashboards in Tableau Cloud.● Extensive work with the University’s Student Success Center on selecting populations for outreach.● Conduct a wide variety of troubleshooting and data extraction projects, creatively solving problems and providing full responses to challenging project requirements.● Daily use of Tableau (Desktop, Prep Builder, Online/Cloud) and SQL; constant use of collaboration and productivity apps Slack and Click Up.

● Responsible for reporting and analysis for the university’s Performance Based Budget model, requiring integration of data on tuition revenue and enrollment by program and course. Primary liaison with academic units regarding data used in the budget model.● Subject matter expert and analyst for university use of data on Ohio’s State Share of Instruction. ● Lead analyst for the university’s participation in the National Study of Instructional Cost and Productivity (“Delaware Study”), which integrates enrollment measures with data on faculty compensation and overall cost of instruction.● Supported other members of the institutional research team in validation, documentation, and overall quality control.

● Documented requirements and plans for a tuition revenue project with the Business Intelligence program.● Served as liaison between the BI team and stakeholders in other units.● Led testing/validation during the development of “data cubes.”
