In this role I built and led a geographically distributed team responsible for the successful integration of T-Mobile for Business solutions, the T-Mobile DIGITS services and deployment of cloud IMS core applications. My team:Successfully integrated and launched an enterprise message archival service, integrated the existing legacy Sprint Enterprise Voice and Messaging solutions into the T-Mobile Network and virtualized DIGITS (multi-SIM and Softphone) elements within the IMS Core.Evolved our monitoring beyond application KPIs to service KPIs using Splunk, and developed service abnormality detection, identifying customer specific service issues with alerting to allow customer issues to be resolved before they call into Customer Care.Created and launched a fully automated acceptance test solution for the latest containerized cloud applications.

United States

The Tier 2 Operations teams are responsible for providing 7x24 technical support, advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution, and new product introduction for voice applications within the IMS domain. In this role I led geographically distributed teams responsible for all aspects of the IMS Core, telephony applications and legacy circuit switched voice core. I was also responsible for leading a cross functional team focused on bringing an internally developed Business Softphone product to market.My team:Led the evolution of the legacy ATCA core applications to first generation virtualized applications. Deployed service regions within the core to minimize geographical impacts of core network issues.Automated a number of traditionally manual tasks within the Operation Teams.Provided cross functional training, knowledge transfer to regional teams.

In this role I was responsible for all major worldwide business development activities and steering product roadmap based on customer requirements and direction of GSMA RCS standards.Key Achievements:Successfully led and project managed customer solution trials at AT&T, Orange France and TeliaSonera.
