Founding member of TDI | Eight out of every 10 debaters that go through at least one year of our program have so far moved on to a Top 50 US or UK University/High School

Handled over 86 top SES segment debating clients in the world's most competitive tuition coaching space, generating over 1.25m USD in spending on various debating products and applications. In this role, I branched out to developing multi-national, multi-year partnerships with official debating representatives at both Cambridge University and Harvard University - unprecedented in global debate history. This culminated in opening physical branch offices in different cities across Mainland China.I made real things happen. And then, Covid-19 happened harder.

I used Salesforce. Besides that, I learned how to cold call. I also learned how to generate, open, and close sales for US-based education products. I spearheaded the organization of an Ivy League-affiliated (Yale) China event graced by a sitting ambassador.

In terms of recent achievements as a bench of debaters as opposed to individuals or BP pairs, ADS is the world’s most successful debate club in 2022 - outstripping Cambridge, HCDU, Oxford Union, and the remainder of US and UK debate clubs in terms of world championship finals appearances, speaker prize winners, and relevant regional championship wins. I ran debating education outreach for Asia's top debating institution. This involved events management and seminar lectures in China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, India, Bangladesh, and Korea Republic.
