Work in a multifaceted role at an early phase gene therapy company and was responsible for process scale-up activities at a pilot lab, such as single use consumables design, raw material sourcing, equipment commissioning, and procedure generation. SME on cell culture, single use bioreactors, tangential flow filtration as well as chromatography systems for a variety of scales of a developing process. Manage the Bill of Materials for over ten manufacturing methods to support pre-clinical and clinical studies.

- Operated Single Use Tangential Flow Filtration and Ultracentrifugation procedures to produce AAV gene therapy in GMP environment- Both led and contributed on a number of cost analysis projects to inform staffing, planning and procurement decisions for a start up site- Collaborated with project management and master data team on the creation of the Bill of Materials with an enrollment of 150+ new items to minimize risk to the manufacturing process

ISPE is the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineers and the student chapter on campus focuses on students networking with each other and with industry professionals. The chapter has board meetings biweekly, and every other week a pharmaceutical company comes to NC State's campus to present about who they are, what they do, and about any potential career opportunities they might have for students. As president, I acted as the liaison between the student chapter and the professional community, as well as ensured our chapter was on track. I issued action items at each board meeting and confirmed those were being completed each week. I worked closely with the Vice President to do so. During mid- 2020, the ISPE executive board quickly adapted to a virtual networking platform. As president, it was important to keep calm and guarantee a smooth and quick transition, while maintaining connections between students and industry professionals.

- Developed authentic relationships with clients in order to establish and maintain membership in the West Raleigh location: 1 of 185 gyms in the nation- Cooperated with the franchise owner to develop marketing strategies to reach more members

- Worked to develop and validate an ELISA to measure Rituximab binding to the CD20 antigen.- Practiced protein 660 and Green Fluorescence Protein assay to determine the accuracy and robustness of the method.

- Designed webpage for Manufacturing Technical Operations team and incorporated Tableau business intelligence dashboard to track metrics such as documents in workflow & periodic review, change controls, training plans, and workflows & tasks closed- Outlined business process map for the consumable life cycle process, identified deficiencies, and suggested solutions- Collaborated to initiate new item requests for sample bags- Assisted in writing a work instruction for a Manufacturing procedure- Constructed MS Project documentation schedule for campaign & column packing project

- Drafted SOP and validated an established sugar method with linearity, precision, and accuracy using HPLC
