National Market ManagerI oversee the wholesale/ dealership market. I recruit dealerships to carry our line of trailers, though-out US and Canadian territories. In addition, provide support and training to the dealership’s sales force. I also oversee the wholesale team. Skills include price negotiating, sales, management, customer service, training and market building.

I have moved my way up from a Manufacturer Representative to the Sales Manager for the US and Canadian markets. I oversee 50 dealerships totaling 80 locations. I ran a sales team of four. I alone sold over 400 trailers in 2021. I have created spreadsheets for the use of tracking sales as a team and individually.

Shipping & Receiving/ Production & ManufacturingMaintaining the warehouse and inventory. Handling of products shipping out and receiving of goods. Delivering and picking up materials needed for inventory or projects. Creating kits for customers or distributors of our products. Building of products by hand, based off the individual orders.

Estimator/ AnalystAnalyzing information, specifications, and related documents, to compute costs of labor, material and time requirements to provide a client or potential client with products or services. Resolving any discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information. Staying in communication with production supervisors and sales to create the best result for both the company and the customer. Frequently used two different software programs, Amtech and ASI, to create both corrugated and folding carton estimates, along with preparing booking orders. Knowledgeable in Excel and Artios software. Created new spreadsheets to analyze the cost of special materials, costs that the company was not accounting for. Clients: K&N, Edelbrock, Fenty, CBTL, Lootcrate, ColourPop, Beta Beauty, Dermalogica, and many more.

Project ManagerManaged projects from time of estimation to completion/shipping of product. Worked along with Design/Structure and Art departments to reach customer’s expectations and kept in constant communications with customer along this process. A variety of projects ranging from shipping cartons to permanent displays. Projects consist of large format digital printing and cutting. Is familiar with working with the following materials: corrugated, chipboard, PVC, acrylic, vinyl, laminates. Worked directly under the President of the company as his personal Project Manager. Project Clients: Rain Bird, Mind Craft, Kraco, Prime Wire, Kameda Snacks, HUM Nutrition, Disney Sweepstakes, multiple vape companies, and too many sample cartons and displays to list.

Assistant Store Manager/Operations ManagerHandle cash and credit card transactions in the store and balance cash draw at close of shift. Ensure the appearance of the store is pleasing to both the customer and upper management. Stock store merchandise when it is delivered to the store. Supervise product inventory; verify quantity and quality of products received. Interface directly with customers to aid and resolve problems. Manage full and part time shift schedules of employees and other personnel issues. Manage front cashiers in areas of monies handling, voids, shift breaks and customer service. Ensure that all policies and procedures are executed as requested by corporate headquarters and upper management. Participate in sales functions within company. Lead business development and marketing efforts, which expand the customer base. Handle client relationship management functions, which include promoting enduring relationships with a diverse clientele.
