 Strategically planning and analyzing the basic requirements while setting up the technical infrastructure of the project/program. Interacting with various internal/external stakeholders for various alternatives on cost saving solutions and managing their high gross margin expectation. Providing guidance to team on various solutions features over the technology & management processes to maintain a better quality output.  Responsible for understanding overall organization goal and mentor the team on right direction for a win-win situation. Carrying out detailed planning and scheduling and coordinated with internal & external partners to ensure execution of projects as per the defined technical & functional specifications. Tracking project/program progress in terms of cost, resource deployment, and time over runs and quality compliance and proactively identified and rectified problems to ensure adherence to delivery time-lines. Developing and leading multi-skilled team to ensure timely delivery of the projects and organized well-structured training programs to enhance skill sets and create awareness of the latest developments. Managing the activities pertaining to finalization of projects / applications for smooth execution of projects, providing technical service support to clients and resolving their issues
