Mixed Cargo and Container TOS Implementation:• Analysis of Terminal operations/processes, functions and training needs. • Assist in the Process Flow design, evolution of the methodology, supporting documentation and resources that supports the implementation and early customer training processes.• Business Process analysis and improvement.• System configuration and training.• Reviewing and preparation of existing data for data migration.• Assessment of current operational staff capability and perform Super User & End User training.• Organizational Change Management Plan to help the staff understand the change and provide the right learning environment to aid adoption of the new TOS and new processes.• Investigation of availability and quality of EDI data exchange with other parties.• Design customized reporting dashboards that meet clients reporting needs.• Close co-ordination with the Project Management team on project activities and deliverable.• Project Management reports.• Ensuring Project Reviews are completed internally and externally. Ensuring that lessons learnt are shared and applied through the Implementation. • Liaise between the customer, Implementation staff and Development staff to ensure that expectations are met and aligned with contractual obligations.• Overseas travel to client sites and staff offices as part of the normal implementation, building a strong and good relationship with the customers and helping them out to adjust with the new system and processes.• Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Information Systems and apply this to the development, execution and improvement of action plans by providing advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices• Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs• Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up-to-date on project results

• Super User of JADE Master Terminal and thereby administrating the entire modules (Container Module, Gate Module, General Cargo & RORO Module, System Codes, Voyage and Yard, Cash & Invoicing Module.)• Coordinate and facilitate both incoming and outgoing cargo shipments • Ensure the receipt of BAPLIE file, Stowage instruction & discharge/load advance list prior vessel arrivals. • Monitoring the vessel Discharge & Loading.• Co-ordinates with Shipping Lines and Agents and prepares the Summary of containers as per their request for Discharging/Loading.• Giving internal training to Operational Supervisors, Documentation, Accounts staffs for the respective modules in JADE that they must use. Including Container, General Cargo, RORO, Dutydoc and Invoice modules.• Giving internal training to Warehouse Supervisors and Tally clerk on WMS (Warehouse Management System) • Reports related to Operations including GCR, Vessel Operations Report, Truck Turnaround Time, Dwell Days etc. are developed as per the Higher Management requirements.• Maintaining, updating and sending Weekly, Quarterly, and Annual reports to the HO.• Following the jobs updated in Performance Management System (PMS) and making sure that it gets completed in the given time.• Reminding the Team to work “Safely and follow the HSE procedures.”

• Operations Coordinator responsible for Vessel, Yard and Silo Activities at ADNOC – BOROUGE Material handling project, Ruwais• Preparation of Discharging/Loading List and the Discharging/Loading Plan for the respective vessel by discussing with chief officer.• Reports related to Operations including GCR, VOR, Truck Turnaround Time, Dwell Days etc. are developed as per the Higher Management requirements.• Giving internal training to Operational team, Documentation staffs for the respective modules in JADE that they must use. Including Container, General Cargo• Monitoring the vessel Discharge & Loading.• Making the Discharge/Loading Plan as per the summary given by the Shipping agents.• Checking and monitoring the Vessel and Yard operations.
