Steinweg Oman LLC (CSO) was established in Oman early 2004 and was awarded a 25 year concession for all dry-bulk, break-bulk and container stuffing and stripping related operations in the Port of Sohar. CSO signed this concession in January 2004. In April 2004 the first ship was handled at the Sohar port, and the CSO multipurpose terminal has been operating and developing successfully ever since.
