Currently I am working as a Lead Scum Master in project handing to develop and deliver the work portal. My role was to bring the agile ways of working by guiding, leading and monitoring the scrum team member. Responsibilities:● Guiding and Implementing the Scrum Project Set Up● Initiated Unit Testing and Automation testing as Definition of Done which impacted the code quality.● Analyze various tools such as Rally and Sourcing360 for better Code delivery and discuss with team.● Working closely with product management and technical stakeholder to clarify the planning details and status of each project.● Serving as a main point of contact for to drive effective communication throughout the Product Planning.● Performing all Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives and Daily Scrums with the development team.● Leading the project implementation and adaption of JIRA.
