• Lead Engineer/Architect on AD forest merge including 3000+ user accounts, shared file services, and print services migration• Lead Engineer/Analyst on Windows 7/Office 2010 deployment scheduling and planning and Application Readiness for Windows 7 rollout. Includes analyzing application security as relates to AD and planning remediation or mitigation strategies such as upgrades or Citrix deployment for those applications which will not run on Windows 7.

Through the years, I was promoted steadily to positions of ever-increasing responsibility, including:► Senior Network/Systems Administrator and Help Desk Lead (2007 - 2008), where I started supporting 40 employees and grew to managing four technicians supporting up to 500 employees, including seasonal home-based agents and other remote staff.► IT Operations Manager (2008 – 2010), managing the internal Help Desk while still managing the internal Windows Servers and call center technology. ► Director of Change Management (2010 – 2011), where I designed an IT change management program and rolling out to the entire organization.In June, 2011, Higher One added the role of co-manager of production systems to my director of change management responsibilities.
