Before diving into the world of cyber defense, I was an aspirant for a career in the defense sector, driven by a passion for protecting and serving my country.My journey into cybersecurity began in my first year of college. It was a transformative period where I was introduced to the fascinating and dynamic field of cybersecurity and pen testing. The transition from aspiring to be on the front lines of physical defense to safeguarding the digital realm was challenging yet incredibly rewarding.Throughout my first year, I immersed myself in understanding the fundamentals of cybersecurity. I explored various aspects of this field, from learning about different types of cyber threats and vulnerabilities to getting hands-on experience with penetration testing tools and techniques.
