Analyzed several existing complex processes and streamlined them, writing VFP programs to enable other team members to process these complex processes easily and in a shorter amount of time. I am responsible for getting our company certified to submit electronic documentation to the USPS. This included researching the requirements, setting up Presort templates to produce consistent and accurate output, create test scenarios, and finally coordinate with the USPS once the testing phase was complete.
