Architected and designed a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) based financial engagement platform called Anodyne for Healthcare providers to manage patients’ financial dues pre- or post-delivery of healthcare services to their patients in United States of America (USA). The platform automatically contacts patents to follow-up with dues by sending reminders through configured channels such as IVR, SMS, Emails and printed statements, and provides convenience to pay through its online payment collection system. Technologies and tools used are ASP.NET Core, EF Core, MVC, RESTful Web API, SQL Server, CallFire, Twilio, SendGrid and JetPay, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3 and Bootstrap, and AWS.

• Developed a Proof of Concept (PoC) project to showcase the capability to capture customer’s emotion in near real-time while in conversation between customer and agent in a call center. The analysis is performed based on the customer’s voice using Nemesysco LVA engine and shows live emotion parameters in a Windows application with objective to trigger alarm to agent’s supervisor if her intervention is required to control a situation if it goes beyond agent’s hand. • Another Proof of Concept (PoC) project was developed to evaluate CMU Nuance speech recognition system for its speech-to-text accuracy for Indian accent and to test whether it can replace already-in-use Google speech-to-text service used in Wipro Virtual Interview System. Most of these applications are made available through Microsoft Office Add-ons. Technologies and tools used are ASP.NET, C#, jQuery, Bootstrap, WinForms, SQL Server, IIS, Windows Server, Visual Studio, Visual Studio Tools for Office (VSTO), SSIS, SSRS, ExcelWriter. • Designed and developed a heartbeat based Remote Management System (RMS) for sophisticated digital microscopes used in pathology. It runs within host computer and monitors metrics such as available disk space, software patches and asset tracking. It resulted reduced field visits and reduced downtime. Solution was build over Windows Service and GUI using C#, WinForms, Windows Service, Windows Installer.

• Designed and developed an UI for an instant messenger app to run on both Windows Mobile 6 Pocket PC and Windows desktop. The functionalities include contact list, presence, multi-user chat, voice call over VoIP and file sharing. It was built using C++, Visual C++, MFC and Win32. • Enhanced an existing event organization software that targets meeting planners, facilities, caterers, special event planners, rental companies, production and audio-visual companies to create accurate, professional looking event diagrams for table arrangements with color and anchoring. The functionalities include meal assignment to participants, lens size, file format change, alternating tables in banquet set and context sensitive help. It was built using C++, VC++, MFC and Win32.

Designed and developed a client-side caching component through a Windows service to enable customer to do offline transactions on a web application. The offline transactions get stored in local database and synchronized with the server when it comes online. It was developed using C++, MFC, Visual C++, SOAP toolkit, MSXML, HTML and JavaScript.

• Designed and developed a Management Information System (MIS) to manage employee attendance and export processed data to downstream enterprise payroll system. It also generates different reports for management for effective manpower and resources planning . • Designed and developed many utility programs such as fingerprint biometric registration and smartcard registration for both attendance and access control purposes. Also built appropriate SDKs for clients to develop their own applications on. These were developed using C++, VC++, MFC, Win32, Visual Basic 6, ASP.Net, SQL Server, MS Access, ADO and CrystalReports.

Designed and developed a Windows based inventory management application for this cast iron manufacturing company to help optimizing its supply levels. It reports help in financial planning by determining in-hand inventory and keeping record of work-in-progress items, finished products, etc. It was built using Visual Basic 6 and MS Access.
