Always ensuring no shortage of chemicals etc. Verifying bills / receipts and checking the raw materials.RECIPE MANAGEMENT( PREPARATION OF CHEMICALS) : Preparations of chemicals for all shifts of the days according to SOP and as per recipe plan following good housekeeping ETP OPERATIONS : Operating knowledge of ETP operations ,checking of ETP samples ensuring values within the limits by checking PH, TSS, TDS etc values of all ETP areas , Ensuring proper maintenance of areas with timely scheduled planning for clarifiers collection tanks maintenance.CUSTOMER SERVICES : Attending customer complaints which are raised and following accordingly to solve the issues SHIFT LEADER : Handling of shift in charge activities in Expandable polystyrene plant using styrene as raw material followed by all other chemicals , smooth handling of all exothermic reactions and other plant operations RAW MATERIAL HANDLING: Storage , unloading and loading activities of all chemicals & finished products by following safety normsSAFETY : Participating in mock drills related to safety , handling and operating safety equipments like extinguishers like CO2 ,Foam ,DCP
