- Planning & developing new distribution channels for the company- Establishing relationships with customers, negotiating and signing contracts: + MT channel: Nguyen Kim, Dien May Cho Lon, Dien May Xanh, Bach Hoa Xanh, Pi Co, Con Cung, GS 25 + Pharmacy channel: Pharmacity, Long Châu, An Khang + GT channel & Wholesalers- Manage sales force (Key Account) & operate sales support activities (warranty, display, marketing activities…)- Ensure the profit & sales targets- Research, analyze & develop new product lines to suit each customer.- Planning, implementing promotions & brand communication to each Customer/Distribution Channel- Coordinate with departments in the Company to deploy & smoothly operate business activities.

- Build sales strategy and plan for supermarkets channel (nationwide): Co.op Mart, Mega Market, Big C, AEON, Lotte Mart, Emart, Bach Hoa Xanh,…- Responsible for revenue and profits target- Explore business opportunities by sales channel, customer to propose objectives & strategy timely manner to bring business growth- Negotiate & complete the contracts with customers- Managing and training sales force.- Making sales reports, product and market analysis.- Deployment and coordination with other departments to achieve Marketing programs- Coordinate with accounting, supply chain to deliver goods fully according to forecast.- Research, evaluate products to give advise for R&D (improve and develop the products).
