Universal Movie and Television InstituteProgram Coordinator-July 2010-Dec 2010Duties;• Selects and makes arrangements for programs well in advance. Corroborate with the units. • Provides programs of these types: media shows, hands-on demonstrations, seminar programs,• Product-displays with usage information by company representatives, travelogues, or any other format for entertainment or educational purposes related to photography.• Receives a current list of Delegate; may supplement that list with independent photographers whose work is reputed to be of quality and interest to the club; may also enlist members to offer entertaining or educational photography programs.• Arranges with selected program providers the dates, times, directions, necessary equipment, and compensation if required; discusses compensation with the Treasurer and/or President before finalizing arrangements.• Notifies the director, Admin director, and Secretary of the scheduled activity as soon as it is confirmed; promotes programs. • Reconfirms at least one week prior to the date; if provider is unable to honor the commitment, notifies the President and attempts to obtain another provider.• Introduces the provider to the assembled members, including name, club affiliation, background, purpose of program or title of show, and any other pertinent information.• Thanks the provider after the program; offers the members an opportunity to ask questions.• Arranges for compensation through the Treasurer, if previously arranged.

Duties• Support in identifying, formation and training of 2700 households and 20 WASH beneficiaries in Morobo, Torit and Juba Counties.• Assist in coordination, monitoring and providing logistical support of WASH activities in targeted areas including the distribution of Hygiene Kit.• Support the program officer in the coordination of additional programs and activities with other units (health and sanitation and vocational training).• Maintain meticulous records of all distributed assets and workshops.• Liaise with communities, partner agencies and donors• Develop and maintain working with key community leaders, government officials and beneficiaries.• Participate in development and ensure timely and effective implementation of CHF WASH programs• Participate in weekly meetings to ensure inter and intra-program communications and planning excellence.• Prepare weekly, monthly reports and final reports on activities progress, constraints and suggestions for improved performance bases and submit to the supervisor.• Prepare procument document related to activities in consultation with the procument and the logistic department.• Monitor activities and if necessary make readjustments in consultation with the program manager.• Perform any other duties as required by my supervisor.
