TMSS is a renowned and popular micro-credit organization in Bangladesh, known for its impactful community development initiatives. One of its successful undertakings is the SEP-Fisheries Project, a sub-project of the Sustainable Enterprise Project (SEP), which has been implemented with financial support from The World Bank and PKSF.In my role as the Documentation Officer for this project, I was responsible for preparing a variety of reports and ensuring their proper storage for future documentation and reference. Through meticulous documentation, I contributed to the project's transparency, accountability, and long-term sustainability.

Organization:CWFD emerged from an emotional response to help women in need of reproductive health care counseling. The organization, originally named “Concerned Women for Family Planning (CWFP), started its voluntary activities in 1974 to help the refugees coming to Dhaka city after the devastating famine of 1974.Key Role as Technical Officer:I worked as a Technical Officer in the "Sexual Reproductive Health & Rights (SRHR)" Project. My key responsibility was Increasing SRHR awareness, conducting adolescent clubs, monitoring, and need-based training, and continuous follow-up among 300+ adolescents. We also provided training and meetings with the Gordians, the School Head Teacher, and the Class Teacher to track the progress.
