Billogram is a payment solution that combines the customer's need for easy payment, with the company’s desire for deeper customer relations.Billogram is one of the fastest growing startups in Sweden. I did marketing in various roles and with different responsibilities for Billogram since the summer 2015. I joined at a critical point in the company’s history, where there was a legacy of offering a simple invoicing service to small businesses. Together with the founders and other early employees, I helped find a sustainable growth model and successfully pivot the company towards larger companies as well as change the business model and idea to what it is today. My work also included organizing the marketing team and developing our sales strategy.

After the sale of Pingdom to a large corporation, I decided to try my hands at freelancing for a year, and consulted within digital marketing for primarily SaaS startups and e-commerce businesses. Frankly, I was fucking shit at freelancing.

In my role as Digital Marketing Manager I was handling most things marketing for Pingdom. Reported to and worked closely with CEO. Some responsibilities was handling all SEO campaigns on pingdom.com and the other domains of Pingdom. I also handled all online advertising through medias such as Adwords, Adroll, Facebook and LinkedIn as well as affiliate. Everything from web projects and employer branding to events landed on my desk during my time at Pingdom. I helped grow the company to 500,000+ users up until the company was acquired.

Working with customer relations at Pingdom I handled technical support to over 300,000 users, as well as handled sales and managed a small support team. During this time I also got the opportunity to learn basic coding skills and marketing from some of the talented employees at Pingdom.
