Hired as the first intern to help this search fund buy a small business. Partnered with the CEO to build out all internal systems (including the full recruitment, onboarding, and training process for the intern program); evaluated and provided recommendations on attractive businesses to pursue (based on qualitative and quantitative investment criteria); reviewed confidential information on potential acquisitions; and conducted financial modeling. Primary focus area was the education sector but explored deals in multiple industries.

Worked directly with the CEO and VP of Engineering to support the rapid growth and expansion of this Seed startup. Responsibilities included partnership and positioning strategy, competitive analysis, venture capital research, product management, and go‐to‐market planning.

The EdTech MBA Community is a global community of 950+ graduate students dedicated to education technology. As the founding director of partnerships, I: - Oversaw a 3-person team to design and implement an effective partnership strategy for schools, investors, and companies. - Pursued high impact partnership opportunities across content, marketing, and other areas of expansion to new markets and schools. - Created formal Campus Rep program with 15 partner schools to more easily create, share, and facilitate cross-school edtech MBA opportunities.

Guild is redefining the future of work and adult education with tuition reimbursement, online programs, and degrees for working adults.- Delivered strategy, project management, and data analytics services to Children’s Hospital client.- Led design and implementation of onboarding tool that created a scalable model for how to train new consultants.

The Metropulos Group is a a data-driven consulting firm for nonprofits and schools. With over $150 million raised for 170 clients, the organization has deep expertise in development management, political campaign fundraising, digital marketing, e-commerce, and corporate social responsibility. I led initial outreach to more than 500 Executive Directors and Heads of School to discuss partnership opportunities, areas of potential growth, and share how we could design and implement processes to help these nonprofit clients succeed.

- Led virtual math tutoring sessions to 7th graders in Houston, Texas on a weekly basis. Average test scores for ~6 students in my cohort went up by 20%. - Partnered with local leadership and teachers to identify school-wide operational challenges and recommended 3 strategic solutions to close gaps.

- Facilitated student learning and development through in-person and remote classrooms (196 students total or ~30/ class). - Delivered rigorous curriculum that leverages Google Classroom, YouTube, PowerPoint, and other education technology tools. - Used Excel and other data tracking tools to measure student progress and growth.

- Taught whole class instruction and group breakout sessions (102 students total or ~30/ class).- Communicated with students’ parents, conducting ~30 calls per week to share ongoing updates regarding grades and development.

- Project manager charged with leading international and domestic teams to ensure scope, schedule, and budgets up to $4.5 million were executed according to contract. - Communicated regularly with C-suite client executives to present strategic materials (project risks, issues, budget updates, timeline concerns) and drive stakeholder decision-making.

- Change manager responsible for assessing and monitoring global change readiness, facilitating process alignment, developing/ presenting trainings, and identifying long-term job impacts.- Configured a wide range of Oracle Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Payroll systems for higher education, nonprofit, government, banking, retail, and food clients.

- Focused research on factors that predict entrepreneurial success, decision making, and conflict negotiations.- Analyzed and coded survey data, conducted literature reviews, and ran lab experiments for over 2,000 undergraduate students.

- Created, distributed, and analyzed data from a survey to all Universities in the United States that utilize alternative break programs in order to capture techniques on how each school recruits. - Presented market analysis findings to nonprofit executive director, informing decision on how to find project- specific volunteers in future alternative break projects.

- Conducted internal business analysis and identified areas of growth in the executive search industry by examining a five-year database and researching key competitive forces.- Presented findings to the President and Principal Consultants at an annual strategic planning meeting to develop business and performance goals for the organization in 2015, 2017, and 2020.

- Collected, coded, and analyzed data to test emotional and verbal learning capabilities among poverty level preschool children. - Synthesized research results to help validate a test to help children at risk for behavior problems and psychopathology.
