LOOKING FOR SOMETHING MORE MEANINGFUL AND CHALLENGING Hi I’m Daulton and I’m 24 years old, I worked at Crayola as a machine operator and as a Processor for about 3 years and 1 month. For about a year and some months I was a high speed machine operator in which I ran two high speed machines at a time. For about 5 months I was a processor in which I combined wax, clay and color in kettles to create mixes and provide crayons for the operators to label. I also was a backup process lead (filled in for main PL’s when off) for several months in which I gained plenty of skills from scheduling employees, fixing other employees machines daily, problem solving on the floor, and using basic computer skills to write closing reports and input machine downtime. I went to Nazareth Area School District and received my high school diploma and have went for no further education at this point but I am interested in getting a degree. My skills are as follows: • Basic Accounting • Basic Math • Creative Problem Solving • Basic and Advanced Computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Microsoft office, emailing, Cp classes in high school for C++ and CAD) • Communication Skills as I had to communicate with 30+ employees as a process lead • Was in multiple A3 Problem Solving projects • Used Six Sigma throughout the day • High speed Machine Experience (260,000 product output per shift) • Low speed machine Experience (200,000 product per shift) • Leadership
