Background: Argyle Corporation designs, builds and constructs specialty sections of justice facilities including county, state, and federal centers around the US.• My direct responsibilities included executive management of the entire electronics division from engineering, project managers, training, programming, R&D, including sales/estimating (Approximately 95 reports)• Additional duties included project managing my own projects from cradle to grave. I would start with project kickoff, legal review of the contracts, technical review of bid documentation versus our submittal drawings, financial, cost control, buyout of material and oversite of the construction work. The average size project was $1M to $2M.
