-Lead a group of engineering managers, compiled of Systems Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineers. compile bids, and proposals. Monitor all engineering projects through agile database (Azure and JIRA). -Track progress and completion of all engineering projects across a group within KIHOMAC.-Responsible for the technical aspects of bids and proposal that revolve around the manufacture of various aerospace components. -Assign engineering responsibility to engineering manufacturing, systems and electrical projects

-Reverse engineering A-10 components, utilizing various measurement equipment to include Faro Arm, backlight, calipers, gage blocks, height stands, micrometers, etc.-Review TDP to develop manufacturing specifications, work instructions and processes for to fabricate legacy aircraft components in accordance with customer specifications.-work in SolidWorks to design tooling (bond forms, trim fixtures, etc) for fabricating composite components and other complex assemblies-understand the manufacturing limitations and techniques to develop and optimize the fabrication process for various aircraft components- perform design reviews with other manufacturing/mechanical engineers to review their design of manufacturing processes, tooling, assembly fixtures, and bond forms.-collaborate across a multi-functional team with various experiences and talents to solve problems revolving around the manufacturing and design processes

Manage group of 8-12 mechanical/manufacturing engineers. Assign workload based on employee competencies. Manage time cards. Technical interface for bids and proposals for future workload.
