As a Sr. Manager with Deloitte, Mr. Armitage was responsible for leading management and technology consulting engagements, practice development activities, staff performance management/career development, recruiting and hiring, and business development activities.

Mr. Armitage's objective was to build a practice of Requirements Management (RM) practitioners and capabilities. Mr. Armitage developed the practice and managed all aspects of RM practice operations to include recruiting, team utilization and staffing, relationship management, competency development, team performance management, and led multiple proposal responses.

Mr. Armitage handled progressively more responsibility as a Senior Manager, managing all aspects of practice operations and delivering a wide range of IT consulting services to his clients. Responsible for engagement and contract management, project management, staff management, financial management, new business development, and account planning and strategy.
