• Designed and built a Call Center management system. Improved data accuracy entered into the system by 30% and effectively reduced the time it took to run reports.• Designed and built a Marketing System, which produced Sales Closing Ratio reports. These reports established the standard for the sales department compensations which led to increased sales and accountability.• Initiated and negotiated a companywide printer contract at Bekins A-1 and coordinated the rollout of the new printers. Saved $10,000/year in operating costs related to printer supplies and service.• Planned and led the Data Center move for Bekins A-1 from Livermore, CA to Warrenville, IL. Successfully accomplished the complete move with under 28 hours of downtime.• Coordinated and implemented the roll out of new VOIP phone systems for Bekins A-1’s remote locations. Reduced telecommunication operating costs companywide by 40%, which resulted in an ROI in less than 8 months for the investment in the new system.
