A highly experienced, middle-leader who has recently transformed Computer Science results at GCSE (65% 9-4, from 44% ) and A Level (80% A-B and ALPS 1, from 38% A-C, ALPS 1) in 2 years. We are now the go-to school for A Level CS in the region.In my previous career (most recently working internationally as a senior executive) in the Technology and Services sector as a professional manager and consultant, I have successfully delivered organisational change, won large multi-million contracts and led large teams in the delivery of projects.I am skilled in commercial software development, technical architecture, education and assessment with a wealth of experience in consulting, contracting, application development, outsourcing and account management.I lead from the front and help people to follow my lead by instilling confidence.
