I have really enjoyed my time in local community stores, where you can become part of the town. Working in different size Dealerships has given me a unique perspective on the day to day operations. My time at Royal Tire convinced me that people, service and product make a difference. The market is in for another paradigm shift. Used car prices are changing every moment and the GP will be under pressure. Other profit avenues need to be explored and I am happy that I might be able to help do that with my position at Preferred Warranty. Not just product we sell but I bring 38+ years of experience and I wnat to develop a partnership with my dealer customers.
