DB12 Leadership was founded in January of 2008 for a dual purpose. To pursue my passion of helping people help people in Organizations and to provide Expert Witness services in the area of Law Enforcement Administrative Policies & Procedures and Disciplinary Practices.DB12 assists Organizations with problem solving behavioral issues at the group and organizational level. Through benchmarking and longitudinal analysis of group behavior, the functionality of social structures are determined. Leaders receive Mentoring on how to improve the dynamics within a group that determine its level of success. Additional attention and emphasis is placed on how multiple groups interact with one another and learning to benefit from their similarities and differences.Expert Witness services are available in cases dealing with the application of Law Enforcement Administrative Policies & Procedures as well as Disciplinary Practices. These are unique times for Law Enforcement in the USA.
