Mr. Blake serves as the Operations Manager at ICM. He has extensive experience in effective project management, inspection services, and pipe installation, particularly in clean water, stormwater, and wastewater collection systems. As a licensed utility manager, he is responsible for safely and effectively managing complex utility projects. Mr. Blake provides safe operational management, technical leadership, QA/QC, and a positive and open line of communication with clients. Under his leadership, ICM has successfully executed vital projects, including stormwater repair and upgrade and repair and replacement of water meters in Metro Atlanta, just to name a few. With prior significant roles at MME and General Bearing Corporation, his comprehensive experience and proactive approach ensure project success, prioritizing efficiency, safety, and quality.
