Dave Boyd is a business growth expert and culture champion who formulates and executes profit-generating strategies that capture market share. After painting the second-generation owner's house one summer, the family was so impressed with his work ethic and desire to do a good job, that they offered him a job at their business the following summer. He worked there for 3 summers and accepted a full-time position after college. Dave began his career in Inside Sales, eventually transitioning to Director of Sales and Marketing. As the company grew, his responsibilities expanded to include manufacturing and operations. In 2004 he became the first non-family member to take the reigns as President and a minority shareholder.Under Dave's leadership, the company grew dramatically as sales and profits increased twelve-fold. Growth and success were a direct result of building a culture and team that was passionate and committed to working together to meet the needs and expectations of customers.
