Upon acquisition of Sunwest by the new ownership group I managed the regulatory transition with the Colorado PUC and other network service providers. I continued to manage the telecommunications network as the new company expanded it's GPON "Fiber to the Home" infrastructure. Once the transition was complete I was involved with building a strategic account customer base and deploying Active Ethernet and GPN solutions in the business community. I had direct relationships and lead retention efforts with approximately 125 business clients. As Project Manager, I managed the implementation of several wide area networks for educational institutions and private entities. I also designed call flow and managed cutovers for StratusIQ's VoIp/UCaaS clients.

I engineered and managed the built out of a telecommunications central office and data center for a new CLEC (Competitive Local Exchange Carrier). This included working in the regulatory environment and establishing network trunking with other carriers. As the VP of Operations, I managed the provisioning, design, and installation of phone and internet service for a customer base that reached 2,500 residential customers.
