Sideshow Alley is a live music video series that brings together performing artists and filmmakers in unexpected locations in New York City and Melbourne. Since it’s inception in 2010 we’ve produced five seasons, garnering a worldwide audience with millions of views across featured artists including Mumford & Sons, Nathaniel Rateliff, Midlake, Laura Marling, The Australian Ballet, Gomez, Kimbra, and First Aid Kit.

As Director of Innovation I led the research, development and strategic application of emerging technology across Isobar. Taking complex ideas and technologies and using them to solve business challenges for clients including Spotify, GM Holden, Tourism North Queensland and Carriberrie VR.Isobar named Fast Company’s 10 Most Innovative Companies in VR/AR. Launched Isobar Good, Isobar’s global initiative to create a better future through design. Isobar named one of Forrester’s Most Significant Agencies for Digital Experience. Isobar named a leader in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant 2018. Successful in Series A funding for Indigenous history augmented reality startup Ngarandi.

I was responsible for driving the creative philosophy, process and product of the national agency. I helped lead the agency’s growth into a $50+ million business with over 350 employees. Winning multiple Agency of the Year awards and building a culture with the highest independently measured engagement score of any agency in Australia. I tripled the size of the design and creative team and built process’ to maintain quality, happiness and efficiency. Developed Isobar’s global brand position, reporting to Isobar Global CMO. Numerous awards for client projects and agency including; AdNews Digital Agency of the Year 2015 & 2016, AdNews Customer Experience Agency of the Year 2015. Campaign Asia’s Digital Network of the Year 2014, 2015, 2016 & 2017

Company director of $2m revenue film and TV production company. Directed and produced documentary televisions series including ‘Back of House’ shot in Europe and USA for SBS, feature films including ‘Grey Matter’ shot in Rwanda, various television commercials and web content focused on the arts including ‘Behind the Clocks’ for Fairfax.

From 10 people producing CD-ROM’s and banner ads, I helped grow one of Australia’s first digital agencies. Visual Jazz pushed the boundaries of the early web in automotive, fashion and recruitment. Winning multiple FWA and Webby Awards for clients including GM Holden, Defence Force Recruiting, Simonds Homes and Chadstone Shopping Centre.
