The Head On ice coach in the Jets Hockey Development Program. We work with players, teams and organizations to help focus on the development of each individual player. We specialize in Player Development from players learning to play the game to helping Pro players improve. We offer players a detailed breakdown of the individual skating or skill needs they will need to have to play the game at the highest level.Players are currently playing in the following leagues; NHL, AHL, KHL, NCAA, WHL, BCHL, Canadian Olympic Team (male and female) and minor hockey teams in Winnipeg. As a Skills coach for the U17 Team Black, I am responsible to help in the development of the Forwards and Defense as they work through the camp. We work closely with players through the summer development program to provide players detailed feedback for development. Players are given areas to continue to work on as they return to their club teams.

I specialize in working with hockey players on the development of their individual skills. Looking at topics such as proper mechanics of skating all the way to all aspects involved with individual skills that are not practiced in team practices. I supplement what is offered by coaches and allow players to get better in areas they need to get better in. I work with high level players to make sure they have all the tools they need to play the game at the highest level possible. I work with all levels of players looking to develop their game through dedicated skill and technical skating work. Specialized in Power Skating and Skill Development for Bantam and Midget aged hockey players. Coached AAA Bantam and AAA MIdget through the Pursuit of Excellence Program through the season long hockey Academy. Worked with young players as well as many Junior and Pro players on fundamental mechanics of Skating and Skill Development through Summer Training Programs. This program focused on the development of proper skating mechanics through on ice work and video review. Planned and Directed Summer Hockey Program for Edge of Excellence while managing 50+ staff members.

Played 5 seasons in the WHL for Lethbridge, Saskatoon and Prince Albert. Was the captain of the Blades for 2 seasons 99-01. Drafted by Pittsburgh Penguins 3rd Round '98.
