• Management of support staff across Europe and the Middle East• Management responsibility for the delivery of first line 24 X 7 support for the Broadcast Division products across the EMEA region. • Management responsibility for escalation and critical account support across EMEA

• Management of senior engineering support team delivering first line 24 X 7 support US / Canada• Team also responsible for delivering world wide second level and escalation support• Management of installations • Management of project teams or individuals project managers on large installations

• 2nd level support of, HP Mass Storage products, Octel Voice mail systems, Ex TI computer systems• Introduction and support of Video Division products across Europe.• Environmental specialist for Europe, (Power, RF, etc)
