I invest in residential income property. I work in property management and am an investor buying and rehabbing apartment buildings. I also help Investors find income properties. Most recently I have been working in tax deed auctions to buy distressed realestate. I then bring these properties to market. I have bought properties in several types of sales to include foreclosures, tax deed, tax lien, estate sales, divorce, I have also used assignment of contracts to control property.
