Provided AS400 iSeries Analyst Programming and Support services for various clients. Mainly Bentley motors, TJ Morris and support for Centre Parcs.I also worked on an in-house EDI project providing test and analysis support to help develop an EDI interface product from a very early basic prototype to a customer deliverable product for their own customer acceptance testing. This involved working with C# and Java developers and rapidly learning the new application in conjunction with complex EDIFACT and TRADACOM EDI structures, testing migrations, interchanges and front end client functionality, and documenting processes and managing issue register.

A short contract Problem solving / Project support / technical AS400 system support for business change and foreign AS400 post application migration support for legacy / Epos systems moving into archive, and to complete the project. Providing post migration multiple application support for 3 undocumented systems / problem solving for final financial period ends, resolving issues with Control M triggered file transfers to SAP systems, user access, bug fixing, and any other migration issues for systems that had no support due to key staff with technical expertise leaving over the years. I had to work with expert users, and Accenture (who were taking over the support model going forward in an archived state) to resolve any issues, or steer / find technical experts to help resolve issues on AB-InBev's behalf. I also had to ensure that the legacy system source code was backed up, and documented in case it had to be retrieved or checked after decommissioning of the development servers.
