Overall Responsibility for Distribution Centre Site.Lead various Team in implementing continuous improvement practices in different Departments, Warehousing, Production, Logistics and supply chain management.- Direct responsibility for staff number ranging between 30 to 80, depending on business demands.- Reduce stock holding from 2m euros to 500k at year end.- Reduce labour unit cost in all areas.- Increase production efficiencies on assembley lines

Total Responsibility for the P&L of the site. €10m- Review and Implement new JIT supply chain which resulted in 100% KPI customer performance rating, with a total stock holding for each sku of 8 weeks.- Implement continuous Improvement Program in Production, Engineering, Warehousing, Distribution.- Handle all union negotiations and industrial Relations issues.- Responsibility for Q C Department.-Liaise with Sales Director on all aspects of Sales and Marketing Strategy
