 Oversee the successful implementation and evaluation of programs and activities at 3 locations including the Youth and Teen Centre, Grow Community Centre, and North Dumfries CHC Responsible for reviewing staff and location purchase orders, staff expenses, and organize facility maintenance requests for two locations Successfully manage and support a multi-disciplinary team consisting of Youth Workers, Program Assistants, and Community Development Workers, as well as placement students and volunteers  Complete all aspects of hiring from screening applications, interviewing, orienting and training, and ongoing evaluation of staff, students, and volunteers, coordinating efforts with Human Resources Contribute to organizational strategic planning in partnership with the Board of Directors Assist with marketing efforts to promote programs and services as well as volunteer opportunities  Responsible for team building, performance evaluation, scheduling and records management at three satellite locations Establish and maintain several community and funding partners such as Region of Waterloo, House of Friendship, local school boards, places of worship, other neighbourhood associations, Trillium, Ministry of Heritage Sport, Tourism and Culture Industries, Ministry of Children and Youth Services, United Way and other various others

Facilitated daily activities associated with alternative education classroom for students in grades 7 and 8 with suspected/diagnosed mental health concerns, behavioural challenges and truancy. Supported the creation of student plan of cares. Initiated referral process as well as transition meetings for students. Facilitated Personal Life Management classes and supported daily learning.

Facilitated youth recreation programs. Developed and evaluated community based programs for residents in catchment area. Supervised staff and placement student volunteers. Planned, implemented and evaluated community special events.
