Initially brought in for an issue with a computer in August 2005 A relationship was formed on modification on a basic quote system which progressed into a total re-write and introductions and changes to process and systems throughout the business. In 2008 I set to rest with the company and became employed, continuing to introduce emerging technology's to work within each area of the business and streamline processes and improve information flow, In 2009 Hardware and systems were redesigned from the floor upwards These are continually modified and updated to meet our requirements, furthermore our customers requirements latest additions include electronic job sheets and signature capture from site, defect reporting All formen have plant and vehicle tracking visibility to keep jobs on track.

A national warehousing and distribution company initially brought in to network and maintain a small office with satellite offices and warehouses. My support grew with the company's new and existing customers consisting of well established sports retailers, soft drinks and more, I was tasked with installing phone systems, writing and implementing logistics, vehicle maintenance/monitoring & warehouse systems, complete with barcode printing and collection facility's. In addition to this I worked alongside their customers to create electronic links for pick pack and dispatch operations working in each department to design and develop systems needed.

I worked with BKB Associates to take them from the draughting board to computer aided design. The company was a steelwork detailing practice which worked on outsourced work from Watson steels, Fairport engineering, William Hare limited, Sevefeild Reeve, James Killalea and Metaldeck. Work consisted of many projects, some consisting of the new McLaren building at working, Birmingham Bull Ring, Hulme Knot link bridge, oil refineries, also several portal frame buildings, successfully all employees moved from pen to computer AutoCAD to detail. The fast paced world of technology moved us into xsteel 3d automated detailing and production of drawings. This enabled production of drawings and fabrication of steelwork to be done with less time than ever before, which intern, with an economic downturn meant outsourcing was now becoming less available Sadly in 2002 we all parted company, I continued to work with my own customers that I had continued to service throughout.

Employed as an apprentice within the drawing office to design and detail industrial seals and gaskets, for a wide variety of industries. Learning traditional pen draughting and altering, then embracing the fast emerging computer aided design. as a unit within the (tech centre), consisting of research and development, scientific testing lab. All playing a key part to the implementation and upkeep of iso9001 My roll then changed, understanding the changes and implementation of computers in the workplace and the ability to streamline, Internet and emails were starting to play a major part of day to day business and my roll became focused on ITC implementation installing networks linking departments plus 13 satellite branches from sales, manufacturing and dispatch, introducing databases and communications throughout company while also providing technical support to the branches In the year 2000 I left to start out on my own and continued to support Bedlam Crossley on a consultant basis.
