I am currently managing a number of Defence Infrastructure Organisation building projects including design development, Contractor procurement, construction management on new build and refurbishment of the defence estate.I have also managed a number of developer led, development and a major building project for a number of clients including the Welsh Government, Local Authority and DIO.

Based, part time, at our client office working as Deputy Project Manager on the FARRRS major infrastructure project. I have been responsible for the management of sub-consultant teams, production and monitoring of programme and budget, reporting to the Project Board and preparation of project management documentation using a Prince2 methodology. I have also been responsible for undertaking liaison with external funding partners.As a project manager of a number of HA Section 278 schemes with responsibility for developing and agreeing the target cost and programme with the Project Sponsor, managing and liaising with sub-consultant teams and monitoring programme and budget, preparing PSF Task Order documentation. I have also been responsible for reporting to the client and holding technical and project progress meetings with developers.Worked as part of a bid team on a number of local authority and Highway's Agency bids.

I was responsible for the Project Management of all Section 278 Schemes and North Area LNMS on behalf of the Highways AgencyI was responsible for preparing all the documentation, programming and funding/budgeting aspects of the programme. I was responsible for the development of a Capacity Dependent Programme enabling effective programming of Traffic Management.

Carried out reinforced concrete and timber designs and structural checks whilst working for Babtie Responsible for setting out, quality checks and implementation of the quality control system on a football stadium for John Mowlem plc.
