I have been an Engineering Fellow with Raytheon Intelligence and Space since 2017. I serve as the Innovation Champion for my business unit, educating, encouraging, and motivating potential innovators. My primary interests are in the design of antennas, radomes, and microwave components for sensor, communication, and directed energy applications. I am the inventor or co-inventor on 44 US patents, with several pending. Prior to joining Raytheon, I was a post-doctoral fellow at the Joint Institute for Laboratory Astrophysics (JILA) at the University of Colorado, performing research in photorefractive nonlinear optics.
