I am a Producer and Project Manager for a boutique creative firm in Pittsburgh. I manage the individual project workflow, scheduling, resources, and I balance the various workstreams. I also manage and produce our video and broadcast content.

As the lone Traffic man for a growing agency, I established and managed the trafficking system, agency process, and workflow for all projects with which the agency was tasked. I coordinated schedules, managed creative department resources as well as exterior resources, and guided daily workflow. Additionally, I acted as broadcast producer when needed.

As a PM on a team of 9, I built schedules and set budgets for my accounts, while working closely with my colleagues to ensure no resources were overbooked or unavailable when needed. I also managed the development and execution of a group advertising program for nationwide weekly retail advertising.

Managed a production and distribution facility which delivered product to most of western PA, Eastern OH, and the WV panhandle. Primary dispatch for a fleet of 12 trucks, 15 drivers, and 3 production personnel.
