The key driver for this role was to train and develop staff that would drive the business and sales forward and provide staff to fill store management roles and beyond. Recruited, trained and developed over 200 staff to become managers. Trained hundreds of staff which led to sales growth and increased skills.The key areas were to select suitable candidates for management training, write and deliver training and development both on courses and hands on training in stores, which also involved being responsible for the experienced store managers that would lead the in store training. Wrote and delivered training for managers in areas such as customer service, conversation skills, leadership, company values and beliefs, training staff and sales.

Responsible for the success, both financial and of the recruitment and development of staff, of up to 14 retail stores and over 30 staff. Built a fantastic team that was the most financially successful area within 6 months. Won Regional manager of the year after being in the position for only 7 months.Travelled and visited stores to give coaching and training to managers, enabling them to lead their teams and run successful stores. Successfully built, despite their geographical separation, a team that helped and supported each other.Managed budgets and targets, staffing levels, store relocations and new store openings. Opened 2 brand new stores and relocated several others, all of them led to an increase in profit.
