Worked within a small project team responsible for the implementation of an XHQ Dashboard providing visibility and trending of KPI data from various departments, with analysis against the Annual Business Plan (ABP) and a monthly Rolling Plan.Liaised with external development team to define an Excel based interface allowing data to be transferred to the Dashboard on a daily basis. Thereafter liaised with various departments to automate the extraction of data from existing spreadsheets, or to develop new Excel reporting facilities to generate the appropriate KPI data on a daily basis.

Worked on a Short-Term Contract to analyse and modify a suite of Excel Spreadsheets with respect to company re-organisation.Produced a Generic Template and Generator utility to enable the suite to be produced from a configuration table, resulting in a maintainable solution that will allow future changes to be implemented by editing the table.
