I have 20 years’ experience working in FE, starting out as a Lecturer and working my way up to Director Level. Prior to that I had 18 years’ experience of working in industry as an Electrical Engineer. I am a strong, robust, resilient leader and competent manager with a proven track record of effective performance management, quality improvement and raising of standards in Teaching, Learning & Assessment in challenging Curriculum Areas.I have managed all types of provision including 16-18 Study Programmes, Adult Learning Programmes, Apprenticeships, Full Cost Provision and HE Provision.I strive for excellence in everything that I do and am passionate about providing an outstanding learning experience for all students at all levels.
