To support team members responsible for performing engineering, R&D and maintenance related task on new and existing manufacturing equipment/tooling to coach support efficient production operations. Responsible for prevented maintenance activities and all associated tracking. Requirements and maintaining a sufficient spare part inventory for all production equipment. Ensure that production equipment/tooling is maintained to produce product to the required quality specifications

Responsible for leading and performing equipment / tooling maintenance items to ensure production targets / requirements are met at all times. Responsible for leading the execution of all preventative maintenance activities at the facility. Responsible for coordinating all maintenance and setup technicians in support of production activities. Ensures that production equipment / tooling is maintained to produce product to the required quality specifications.Communicates all maintenance and quality related requirements to the appropriate Canada Tubeform departments and personnel.Contributes to a continuous improvement philosophy on plant wide systems. Communicates all maintenance and engineering related issues to senior management in a timely manner and performs other related duties on special projects as required.Responsible for management and tracking of plant wide maintenance tools and ensuring that adequate resources are available.Responsible for spare tool tracking & organization at the facility. Ensure critical spares are analyzed for each work centre and available. Ensure contact information/ordering information is readily available.

Operating and training of C.N.C. tube bender, 1200 ton hydro form press, and punch development on prototype parts. To assist in the production of a quality prototype and production product that meets the customers demands. To manage work as a team with all other departments to improve productivity at the R&D Technical Center. To support and train our Licensees to produce a productive Hydro-Form product.
