As an employee in telesales and marketing I was successful in many respects. My achievements include gaining two advanced Lev 3 diplomas; one in customer service; the other in management. By hitting targets consistently I became a trainer for the company for a while, teaching advisors sales techniques and conversational skills. This was on varying scales from classes and groups too one to one training. As a manager of a team of twenty and supervisor of a floor of three hundred, work was always demanding. During this time I developed two Excel forms to save time and company money. 1. A calculator that worked out termination fees, tax, discounts and had information on various parts of the company for reference, like international rates. 2. Managing KPI feedback for my team each week would take a day to compile and half day to feedback. On the last week of the month you would need an extra half day to convert all statistics for senior management. To do this I created an Excel sheet that let you copy and paste all the stats onto one page, this would then populate and give ratings for all advisors as well as highlight trends and automatically compile the end of month stat sheet, saving the whole management team a day every week. For twenty managers this is a massive yearly saving. Due to my technical ability I was then used to train a 600 strong work floor on new operating system called Siebel that the company had changed to from Crystal. As a Superuser I would attend and speak on conference calls between ranging departments. I would keep logs of issues from staff and managers, forwarding information too relevant departments. I was responsible to make sure system updates were trained out to staff. In the end I left to widen my horizons an start a degree.

To do this I revamped an old mill, building rehearsal rooms, photography hall, changing room, IT room, recording room, main hall, instrument storage, office and bathroom.
