Began as MBB installing the Quality Management System into the 90+ plants within Industrial. This was a web based, dynamic process control system we installed around the world. From that success I was challenged with installing Lean into Industrial Systems as GE began to make Lean a key initiative. With 4 direct reports and 90% travel, we taught the foundation of lean, held numerous kaizen events (some lead by Shingijutsu) and delivered results to the bottom line and balance sheet.
