Lead tennis department with $1.2 million budget. Department includes staff of thirteen including staff professionals, three directors and administrative assistant. Manage budget, sales, P & L, Brand Standards, policies, member satisfaction and branded programs.

Manage $10 million department with 20 associates. Assist in total store operations with $35 million in revenue and over 120 associates. Manage sales plans, buy in and sell thru, shrink and staff leadership.

Manage all aspects of 24 court public facility. Oversaw tennis department, restaurant, pro shop, front desk and maintenance. Was responsible for budget, revenue and expense management.
